• When will I receive my order?
  We pack and ship your order as quickly as we can – usually on the same day or the day after you place it. You can typically expect to receive your parcel within 3–4 business days.
• How do I return an item?
  Inside your parcel, you’ll find a return form. Simply fill it out and include it with the item(s) you wish to return. Then drop off the parcel at your local return point.
  
  We recommend asking for a receipt when handing over your return – just in case the parcel goes missing along the way.
• What if I change my mind?
  That’s absolutely fine. You have 14 days to return any item you’re not completely happy with. Just make sure to send it back within that period, using the return form provided.
