We take payment from your card at the time your order is shipped. Credit card payments will be processed using Altapay and Valitor. Payments will show as Masai on your bank statement.

All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validity checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Payment & Currency

The prices on the web shop are stated in the currency that apply to your country.

You can presently pay in one of the following currencies:

Swedish kroner (SEK)
British Pound Sterling
Euro

If you wish to change your country, thereby affecting the language and currency, you can do this at the top left of the web shop, but regardless of this, it will always be the country of your stated delivery address that will determine the currency that will be used for your order.

Please note that changing the 'country of delivery' may affect the price and delivery costs of your order.

Delivery terms and conditions

Goods will be delivered at the delivery address specified in the order. We only deliver to residential and business addresses - not to PO boxes.

Your goods will be delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the shipping method being used.

The goods must be signed for upon receipt of delivery. It does not necessarily have to be you who signs it. People at the delivery address (such as a family member, friend, receptionist etc.) can also acknowledge receipt with binding effect on you.

Our shipper will make at least two delivery attempts. At each attempted delivery, the shipper will leave a receipt informing you of the details of the next delivery attempt and the possibility for picking up the goods yourself. The shipper will typically store the goods for up to 7 days before they are returned to us as undelivered.  Please note that our shipper also may deliver to your neighbours if you have given your consent and if circumstances allow.

Please note that you are responsible for the goods after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to accept the goods. If you wish to complain about any defects, you should inform us about it, read more under ‘Defective goods or wrong goods’.

Follow your order and view history

If you set up a user account on the Website, you can follow your order by ‘My account’ and click on ‘orders’. From the same place, you can also view your previous orders and check the progress of your current orders.

If you do not have a Masai account, please contact Customer Service who will do their best to give you information about the progress of your order.
