We want to make shopping as easy as possible for you at Masai - and the same applies to returning items too.


When you receive your delivery, in addition to your ordered goods, it will always contain the following:

1) A delivery note with an overview of the items you receive

2) Guidelines that instruct you how to return items (also shown below)

3) A returns form that you should complete and send back with the returned item

4) A pre-paid returns label, which you should use when returning the goods if you want to take advantage of our 'free returns' service
 

Returns with Schenker (Sweden)

If you want to return one or more of the items as a shipment, you should follow the 4 steps below:

1) Write your reason for returning on the item list you will find on the returns form.

2) Enclose your completed returns form together with the item. You can pack your shipment in the same box or bag that you received it in.

3) Attach the supplied returns label to the outside of the return shipment. We recommend you use the enclosed returns label - otherwise you will be responsible for the items until they reach us. Neither are we responsible for any postage costs, if you do not use the provided returns label. If you are missing a returns label, please ring the web shop Customer Service on: (+45) 89 87 07 44 or e-mail: kontakt@masai.dk.

4) Take your package with your returned items to the nearest Schenker package shop.


When we have received your returned parcel, we will process it as soon as possible. Then the value of the returned item will be refunded into your account.



Exchange?
If you return your product as a shipment, unfortunately we do not have the capacity to exchange it for another colour, size or item. Fortunately, there is an easy way to solve this: If you'd like a different size or colour, or maybe a completely different item, you just return your item as mentioned above, and then place your new order on www.masai.dk.
 

Returns with GLS (Denmark)

If you want to return one or more of the items as a shipment, you should follow the 4 steps below:
